Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Pay: $22/hr

Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who is familiar with basic marketing concepts & is eager to grow & learn within the position. Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is able to work independently, & approaches the day with a positive attitude.


PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies to help expand reach to new customers & retain existing ones
  • Help with weekly email creation & set-up while adhering to email/SMS marketing best practices
  • Assist with A/B testing & segmentation to increase conversions & lower bounce rate
  • Update collections, shops, & posts for select social media platforms
  • Resize images, edit banners, & create simple gifs on an ad hoc basis
  • Complete digital marketing projects from beginning to end when needed
  • Independently research & stay informed with current digital trends & new tech

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Photoshop & basic image editing (.gif creation a plus)
  • Well versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Docs
  • Data driven & analytics mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
  • Works efficiently with a high level of accuracy & a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated & takes initiative to solve problems & offer solutions
  • Helpful demeanor, a team player, & responds to constructive criticism positively
  • Must be able to pass a Background & Drug screening
  • You will be required to bring 2 forms of ID for I-9 processing if hired.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • Shopify, Mailchimp & / or Seguno experience preferred
  • Copywriting skills a plus
  • Familiar with the business side of social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) a plus
