E-commerce Customer Service Assistant

Full-time, Monday - Friday

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Respond to order, product, and press inquiries via email while keeping the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Work directly with customers to resolve issues regarding orders, returns, and products
  • Work closely with manager to continuously improve customer experience
  • Assist with our warehouse fulfillment center to ensure a seamless order process including pick, pack, and processing of returns within a timely manner
  • Communicates quality issues and concerns with the E-commerce and production team
  • Assist with coordinating and shipping replacement parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned and prioritized 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proficient in the use of MS OFFICE & GOOGLE DOCS
  • Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in computers
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and must have the ability to prioritize the workload
  • Ability to frequently reprioritize changing projects
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Independent, positive, helpful demeanor, self-motivated, team player
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service / E-commerce experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • SHOPIFY experience preferred
  • GORGIAS or other helpdesk experience preferred
  • SHIPSTATION experience preferred
