3 DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Tuesday, December 17, 2024 to ensure arrival by Monday, December 23, 2024.

2 DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Thursday, December 19, 2024 to ensure arrival by Monday, December 23, 2024.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Place your order by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST Friday, December 20, 2024 to ensure arrival by Tuesday, December 24, 2024. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to guarantee arrival by December 23, 2024 for orders placed after 12:00PM PST, Friday, December 13, 2024.

Kindly note, delays due to customs or transit are not guaranteed before or after out cutoff of Friday, December 15, 2023.

Applies to delivery of in-stock items only within the Continental United States. Holiday Delivery is not guaranteed for international orders.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Kindly note, UPS does not operate on December 25th.
Please note, all orders are subject to further verification for approval and process may cause a delay.
Delivery time will vary based on the shipment method chosen from the options in our Delivery Section above.

Last order dates listed above are not a guarantee of delivery by December 23rd However, Jeffrey Campbell will work diligently to make sure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, but some elements of the delivery process are outside of its control and delays do sometimes occur.

Fill out the return form on the physical packing slip received with your order / gift.

We are happy to extend our return policy through FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025, on items purchased from FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2024 - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 24, 2024.

Please note, return requests forms must be completed online here using your original order # and shipping zip code.

**Refunds are only issued to original form of payment and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from refund.

***We will waive the $10.00 return fee if you prefer to receive store credit for your return

As a reminder, notification of refund will be sent to original email used to purchase.

If returning a gift, please contact cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com or fill out our online Customer Service form here if you wish to receive a merchandise credit instead of refund. 

Drop off your return at any authorized UPS location no later than FRIDAYJANUARY 31, 2025.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received as items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.  Item must have all tags, original packaging materials & shipped back in original box or appropriate shipping carton. Do not use shoe box as shipping carton. 

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving. 

An email will be sent to the email address on file once your return is processed.
