We are unable to guarantee arrival by December 23, 2024 for orders placed after 12:00PM PST, Friday, December 13, 2024.
Kindly note, delays due to customs or transit are not guaranteed before or after out cutoff of Friday, December 15, 2023.

Fill out the return form on the physical packing slip received with your order / gift.
We are happy to extend our return policy through FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025, on items purchased from FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2024 - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 24, 2024.
Please note, return requests forms must be completed online here using your original order # and shipping zip code.
**Refunds are only issued to original form of payment and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from refund.
***We will waive the $10.00 return fee if you prefer to receive store credit for your return
As a reminder, notification of refund will be sent to original email used to purchase.
If returning a gift, please contact cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com or fill out our online Customer Service form here if you wish to receive a merchandise credit instead of refund.
Drop off your return at any authorized UPS location no later than FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025.
RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:
Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received as items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Item must have all tags, original packaging materials & shipped back in original box or appropriate shipping carton. Do not use shoe box as shipping carton.
RETURN PROCESSING
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving.
An email will be sent to the email address on file once your return is processed.
