Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms & Conditions



In order to participate in the Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be a legal resident of, and physically located within, the United States, and be able to provide a unique and valid email address at the time of enrollment. You must be legally competent to enter into contracts to enroll in the Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes reserves the right to limit the number of Members in the Program. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using, and registering for the Program.  A Member may maintain only one Program membership account. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, in its sole judgement, reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Program or revoke issued Points or Rewards, for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, making purchases with the intention of returning such as influencer pulls, stylist pulls or press pulls, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing Rewards privileges, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent or for any other reason Jeffrey Campbell Shoes deems necessary based on its sole discretion. If a Member is disqualified, such Member will forfeit their Points and all outstanding Rewards, as those terms are defined below, with a balance that has not been redeemed at the time of such disqualification. Program void where prohibited by law. For new Members, by creating an account through Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, the Member will be enrolled in the Program. For existing account Members, you will automatically be opted-in to participate in the Program. You may opt-out of the Program at any time. 


You will be placed in your appropriate tier status based on order and return spend starting January 1, 2021. You can start accruing points for purchases made on or after May 18, 2021. Reward Tier eligibility is based on a 12-month basis, and points expire after one (1) year of inactivity, defined as not earning or redeeming points within the selected time frame. Reward Tier status is updated 30 days after a qualifying purchase. Your status will not update if you are no longer eligible after a return.

Jeffrey Campbell Shoes has the right to demote or promote your tier status at any time. 


You can start accruing points for purchases made on or after May 18,2021. Purchases made prior to May 18, 2021 will not be eligible for reward points. Reward points will be issued after orders are fulfilled, one (1) point per one (1) dollar spent. Reward points will be added to your account after a qualifying purchase is made or completing an earning point activity. eGift Card purchases, cancellations, out of stock orders, out of stock items, suspected fraudulent purchases, International billing, and/or  International shipping are not considered qualifying purchases. Taxes, shipping, handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase are excluded from earning and redeeming points.  Points expire after one (1) year of inactivity and will not be reissued or expiration extended. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program, making purchases or redeeming points. Reward points are non-transferable, even to another personal account. Rewards do not have cash value, can’t be sold or can’t be exchanged for another type of credit or discount. Reward points can’t be applied retroactively to an order. We are not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed as the result of any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to place limitations on the number of qualifying purchases that are eligible for the Program and/or the number or types of rewards that you may receive or earn during any given period of time or for the duration of the Program and/or any combination thereof.


We value and respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of administration of the Program, providing you with any rewards or benefits that you redeem under the Program, marketing in connection with the Program, other marketing communications that you have opted in to receive and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.


Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is not responsible for any, direct, or indirect, consequences or problems in regards to the Loyalty & Rewards Program. Nevertheless, Jeffrey Campbell Shoes will use it’s best efforts to ensure that the VIP member can benefit from its accumulated points in case of the malfunction of the Loyalty & Rewards Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity. 


Jeffrey Campbell Shoes may modify these terms and conditions at any given time in its sole discretion. Jeffrey Campbell may or may not inform the Members of the Loyalty & Rewards Program of changes to these Terms & Conditions via email. Members of the Loyalty & Rewards Program should regularly check the Jeffrey Campbell Shoes website for the latest version of these Terms & Conditions. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Loyalty & Rewards Program for any reason at any time. In the event that Jeffrey Campbell Shoes decides to terminate the Loyalty & Rewards Program, all Members will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them. The Loyalty & Rewards Members will then have thirty (30) days to redeem any benefits, otherwise the accumulated points will be forfeited and lost. In event of termination and/or suspension of the Loyalty & Rewards Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes will not be held liable for any unused points, coupons or benefits. Furthermore, the Member will have no legal recourse whatsoever against Jeffrey Campbell Shoes in this respect and will not be entitled to any form of compensation.


We reserve the right to reject, revoke, cancel or suspend any Member Account, issued Rewards, and/or any and all unredeemed Points, or take any other action at our discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice or liability to any Member, if we believe: (a) the Member has (1) violated any of the Terms and Conditions; (2) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulations, or ordinances; (3) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Program; or (4) engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection with the Program, or Jeffrey Campbell Shoes or its Members or employees; or (b) Jeffrey Campbell Shoe’s provision of the Rewards Program and/or any associated benefits (including but not limited to Points, coupons, perks, and gifts with purchases) to Member may violate any applicable laws to which Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is subject. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time. If we deactivate your account due to abuse or manipulation of the Program, or for any other reason, or if you cancel or close your account or opt out of the Program for any reason, your membership in the Program will terminate immediately and your Points balance and any value remaining on issued Rewards will be forfeited. If you are enrolled in this Program and want to stop participating or want to opt-out please refer to HOW TO OPT OUT OF THE PROGRAM section below.


A member can opt out of the Loyalty & Rewards program at any time. To opt out, please send us an email at cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com requesting to opt-out of our program. Once the opt-out request is confirmed by our customer service team, all Points, Rewards, and benefits will be forfeited. If a Member has a negative Point balance at the time of opt-out, or the Member’s membership is otherwise terminated for any reason, the negative Point balance will remain indefinitely; if the Member rejoins the Loyalty & Rewards Program, the negative Point balance will still appear in the Member’s account.
