RETURN POLICY - DOMESTIC
We are pleased to extend our return policy for orders placed between Monday, November 17th and Thursday, December 25th. Returns for these orders can be submitted until Saturday, January 31st.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders and are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
US RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns from full price purchases made on jeffreycampbellshoes.com.
Any product merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.

Your online return form must be submitted and your return must be dropped off at a UPS location within 30 days of the original ship date.

Returns must be shipped back in the original shipping carton or an appropriate replacement carton.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, and include all original tags and packaging materials.
Please do not use the merchandise box as the shipping carton. Shoe, accessory, or handbag boxes that are missing or damaged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. -
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) do not meet our policy requirements.

Returns are not applicable on Special Price or Final Sale items.
ORIGINAL SHIP DATE
The original ship date can be found in your shipment confirmation email or our Order Lookup, HERE.
RETURNS PROCESSING
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be carefully reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
REFUNDS
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically post to your original form of payment within 1–5 business days after processing.
All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment — no exceptions. If the original card is no longer active, a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange for a different size of the item purchased under the following conditions:

The item was purchased at full price and is not marked as Final Sale.

The item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, and include all original tags and packaging materials.

The item is returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

The item is returned in the original shipping carton or an appropriate replacement carton.
Please note: At this time, we only offer size exchanges.
Once we receive your package and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.
If your requested exchange size goes out of stock before your original order is received by our returns department, a store credit will be issued.
Exchange orders that are later returned will be issued store credit only.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in its original condition or if the exchange policy requirements are not met.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately here or directly at cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement once the wrong item has been received for return by UPS.
If the correct item is not available, either store credit or a refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 5 days of receipt of the item)
We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our Returns department.
You must use the Jeffrey Campbell UPS return label to be eligible for the store credit or refund.
TRACKING YOUR RETURNS
You may track your return on ups.com with the tracking number provided on the return label.
Please note, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees and/or shipping fees due to excessive returns.
**FINAL SALE**

All items included in this promotion are sold as-is and are considered Final Sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Any attempt to return a Final Sale item will not result in any form of credit—refund, store credit, or exchange.

If you return a Final Sale item, we will contact you to coordinate the return shipment back to you. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, as the item was purchased under our Final Sale terms.

If you do not respond to our email within 5 business days to coordinate the return shipment, the item will be forfeited with no form of credit.
